We had a great stay at this hotel near a football stadium. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful bathroom. The staff was polite and efficient, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The location was convenient, with three metro stops nearby. We also enjoyed the spacious public areas and the pool facilities.

Right beside the convention centre. Taxi help was very good, room service was good, housekeeping was excellent.

Check in slow - Melody, check out slow - Robin, not enough english channels like axn and star world. Staff english level not high enough at the front desk. Beds are very hard. Service in the restaurant was poor.

I stopped in this hotel for almost 3 years some time ago and the staff still remembered me and were all very good. This is my first visit back for 2 years but was only for 2 nights and although the staff and facilities have changed little I was not there long enough to fully judge. The first room I was given was on a lower floor(6th) and it was damp smelling and felt unhealthy but when I contacted a staff member that I knew I was up graded to a much better room.

The first damp smelly room was definitely not acceptable in a 4 * hotel but as above I was changed to a better room as soon as I told them about the room.

The stuff at reservation is not helpful enough. I am quite disappointed that the wifi only available wifi Only available in public area even u pai rmb 118. The room is quite small but clean. U could get a taxi by the helpful stuff outside.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and had a great view of the stadium. The bed provided a great night's sleep. The staff was helpful and provided excellent service. The hotel had a central location with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the football stadium and only three metro stops away from the city center. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and comfortable room that had a great view of the stadium. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Stayed here during Easter break. Loved the spacious rooms and the free toiletries provided. The breakfast was scrumptious, with various dishes to choose from. , the location was convenient, close to popular tourist attractions and within walking distance from public transportation.

The noise from the construction in the area kept me up at night. The limited English of the staff made communication difficult and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable.

The location was perfect, right in the center of Xujiahui. It was very easy for us to get around and explore the area. The staff were professional and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our visit. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of delicious options. the service was top-notch and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit on the small side. The indoor swimming pool was very nice with excellent changing and showering facilities.

The breakfast (excluded in the room rate) was not the best value for money. And we asked for a non-smoking room but people in the rooms around ours were constantly smoking so the whole floor smelled of smoke.
